A Jangnim local favorite with elastic pressed noodles and a stronger broth
A serious west Busan milmyeon and naengmyeon stop near the Jangnim apartment district. It feels more like a local regulars place than a sightseeing restaurant, and summer afternoons can still bring a line.
The noodles are pressed from wheat flour and have a clear elastic bite. The cold milmyeon comes with plenty of seasoning, soft beef garnish, and an assertive broth. The spicy mixed milmyeon is heavier, with skate garnish and a deeper sauce.
Expect a wait in hot weather or peak lunch hours; noodle turnover is usually quick.
