Hidden Jungang-dong Chinese restaurant with balanced gan-jjajang and old-downtown calm
A basement Chinese restaurant between Jungang Station and Busan Station. It is slightly tucked away from the main road, which makes it useful for a quieter old-downtown lunch.
The gan-jjajang comes with separate sauce and a fried egg, in the Busan style. Wok aroma, sweetness, salt, and savor stay in good balance.
Guangdong-style noodles bring a different, gently thickened seafood-and-spice direction. It is a good card for Busan Station or Jungang-dong when you want a properly fried bowl.
The menu to know: Gan-jjajang KRW 8,000 · Five-spice pork KRW 38,000. Items and prices shift through the year, so read the board on the day.
