Seventy-year Busan Station Chinese restaurant where sauced tangsuyuk still stays crisp
A long-running Chinese restaurant beside Sinbalwon in Busan Chinatown, about five minutes from Busan Station Exit 5. It has a roomy second floor, private rooms, group seating, takeout, and child seats.
The small tangsuyuk is the first order. The old-style sauce is poured on in the kitchen, yet the coating stays crisp and chewy over thick pork.
Gan-jjajang comes with a fried egg, while seafood jjamppong is full of shrimp, squid, baby octopus, crab, and mushrooms. Weekends can bring a wait, and there is no parking support.
