The shop has about eight counter seats and uses kiosk prepayment after entry. Ie-kei shoyu is a thick chicken-and-pork based soy-sauce ramen with spinach and heavy broth. Jiro-style karai shoyu brings thick noodles, bean sprouts, garlic, and a large chashu in a big bowl. Karaage and egg fried rice work as sides. It suits solo ramen and two-person ramen tours, not relaxed group dining.
