PNU mugwort-noodle milmyeon where spicy mixed noodles work well with jokbal
A 25-year PNU-area milmyeon restaurant between Pusan National University Station Exit 3 and the university gate. It works well after NC Department Store, kids-cafe, or shopping routes. Dedicated parking is not confirmed, and street parking around PNU can be difficult, so a nearby public or paid lot is the better plan.
The noodles are green from mugwort powder. The mugwort aroma is not so strong that it dominates the bowl; the bigger impression is a smooth, easy texture. Cold broth milmyeon is clean and refreshing, while the warm broth served before the noodles is savory enough that many visitors keep refilling it.
The spicy mixed milmyeon is the stronger order when sharing jokbal. The sauce is sweet-spicy and builds gradually, making the pork feel fresher than a standard jokbal-and-makguksu pairing. The tasting-size jokbal is not a huge portion, but it is clean, soft, and good with seasoned radish or mixed noodles.
A kids milmyeon portion is listed around KRW 3,000, which matters because the regular sauces can be too spicy for young children. Potato dumplings and galbi dumplings are easy sides. It suits parents, children, solo lunches, PNU students, and casual dates when the goal is a low-priced summer noodle meal with a little pork on the side.
