Sushi Kudoku

스시쿠도쿠

Deokcheon value sushi omakase with red-vinegar shari and a full appetizer flow

About

A reservation-based sushi omakase restaurant on the second floor in Deokcheon-dong. Catch Table is the main booking route, and Naver reservation is also noted. Parking support is clear: Smile Parking and Green Parking can support one hour.

The room is a calm black-toned L-shaped counter, better for two-person visits than for large groups. It suits anniversaries, dates, friends who want a quiet sushi counter, and omakase beginners who do not want to jump straight into a high-price course.

The KRW 59,000 same-price lunch and dinner course is the reason to remember it. Before sushi, the table moves through chawanmushi with seaweed sauce, steamed abalone with liver sauce and shari, monkfish and minari, ankimo fry, grilled hairtail, red-sea-bream bone ochazuke, a vinegared seaweed course, and clear clam-style soup.

The sushi uses red-vinegar shari, giving the rice a warm savory push. Red sea bream, Hokkaido scallop, amberjack, oily blue fish, tuna, sweet shrimp with uni, sea eel, and futomaki form the main flow. White-truffle corn noodles, castella, and mugwort ice cream make the ending feel fuller than the price suggests.
