Since 1954 Haeundae Chinese old-timer, known for fried-egg gan-jjajang
A Chinese restaurant opened in 1954, often described as one of Haeundae oldest restaurants. It sits in the alley between Gunam-ro and Haeundae Market, and there is no dedicated parking.
The signature is Busan-style gan-jjajang with a fried egg. The fresh-fried chunjang sauce coats springy noodles with onion crunch and a deeper savor than regular jjajang.
Sichuan jjajang adds squid and shrimp with a spicy, lightly tangy edge. Old-style sweet-and-sour pork comes with poured sauce and works well when two or three people share noodles plus one fried dish.
