Simin Naengmyeon

시민냉면

A Danggam-dong milmyeon and naengmyeon shop with a bolder soy-sauce finish

About

Despite the name, this Danggam-dong noodle house belongs on a Busan milmyeon route. It serves both naengmyeon and milmyeon, and the mood is more local lunch counter than polished destination.

The flavor is stronger than the clean, gentle milmyeon houses. The mixed bowl has a clear soy-sauce aftertaste and a sharper seasoning, then you can add cold broth to eat it closer to water milmyeon. The nearby Shindo parking lot support is useful when driving.

Parking is part of the visit plan, but peak summer lunch can still make it tight. Expect a wait in hot weather or peak lunch hours; noodle turnover is usually quick.

The dishes worth knowing: milmyeon KRW 8,000 · naengmyeon KRW 10,000 · dumplings (5 pcs) KRW 5,000 · extra sauce KRW 10,000 · seasoned radish strips KRW 6,000. Seasonal swaps happen, so the posted menu is what counts.
