Former Yangjeong ramen shop now in Yeonsan, with balanced tonkotsu and a rice finish
A Japanese ramen shop that moved from a tiny Yangjeong room to a larger Yeonsan-dong space on Bansong-ro. Dedicated parking is not confirmed, so use the walking route or nearby paid parking. The new room has more seats than the original, making it easier for solo ramen and two-person meals.
The basic salt ramen is KRW 10,000, and chashu-men is KRW 12,000. The basic bowl already includes meat, so it is enough if you also want yaki gyoza. Compared with many Japanese ramen shops, the seasoning is often described as less salty and more balanced.
Chashu-men in the soy-sauce style brings a straightforward pork-broth body with soy seasoning. The chashu is softer and more boiled-pork-like than a grilled style, which fits the heavier broth. After finishing the noodles, ask for the free rice finish; a little meat is placed on the rice.
Yaki gyoza is the evening side to add when ramen alone feels too simple, with a crisp outside and moist filling. Pickled mustard greens are served as a side, and extra soup can help adjust the bowl if it feels too strong. This is a steady Yeonsan ramen shop rather than a flashy trend stop.
