Yeonsan Station yang gopchang center where the aunties grill sochang, daechang, and special yang for the table
A classic Yeonsan Station yang gopchang center just off the rotary, about a short walk from Exit 16. There is no dedicated parking, so subway, bus, and a second-round drinking route around Yeonsan are the easier plan. The space is divided by numbered auntie-run counters, with the same basic menu and prices but small differences in sides and service style.
The standard order is the sochang, daechang, and special yang plate. The auntie seasons the offal, grills it at the counter, cuts it, and places the ready pieces in front of you, so the table mostly eats and drinks instead of managing the grill. Special yang is chewy with a crisp snap, daechang is rich and fatty, and sochang brings the deeper nutty offal flavor.
The mixed plate is 600 g for KRW 55,000, and a half-plate add-on is KRW 28,000. Four people usually start with two full plates. Special yang, beef brisket, and jumbo shrimp give the group other routes if someone is less comfortable with offal. Beef brisket is often used as the final lighter grill, especially when wrapped with kimchi or greens.
Sides such as green-onion kimchi, myeonginamul, pickles, bang-a leaves, and danggui help cut the fat, though the exact set changes by counter. Some visits end with a kale drink blended with yogurt-style drink or Jucool, but treat it as counter-dependent rather than guaranteed. It is strong for friends, Busan travel offal night, and soju, while the shared restroom, heat from the grill, and older center atmosphere are part of the tradeoff.
