24-hour Guseo seolleongtang with deep broth, generous beef, and easy parking
A 24-hour seolleongtang and doganitang house about four minutes on foot from Guseo Station Exit 2. There are roughly ten parking spaces around the front and rear of the shop, with a parking attendant, so driving is easier than at many old soup houses.
The regular seolleongtang is KRW 13,000. The broth is milky, deep, and nutty, with enough tender beef slices that the bowl still feels meaty near the last spoon.
Thin noodles come in the bowl by default, so ask ahead if you do not want them. Season with salt, pepper, and green onion at the table, then use the kimchi and kkakdugi to sharpen the broth. It is strong for solo dining, breakfast, hangover soup, parents, and a simple work lunch.
