Namcheon Beach Market buckwheat-noodle shop for perilla-oil noodles and limited cold suyuk

About

A self-made buckwheat noodle shop near Namcheon Beach Market, on Hwangnyeong-daero 473beon-gil. There is no parking support, so use nearby paid lots such as Buja Private Parking or the Exllu Tower commercial parking area. The Exllu Tower lot is close by and has been used around KRW 1,500 per 30 minutes.

Waiting is handled through CatchTable, and the menu must be chosen when joining the queue. A weekday Naver reservation window around 16:30 to 18:00 is also listed, which can help for an early dinner. The room is small, with about six tables and many counter seats, so solo dining and two-person lunches fit best.

The signature is perilla-oil buckwheat noodles at KRW 11,000. The house-made buckwheat noodles carry a strong buckwheat aroma and perilla-oil nuttiness, and even the regular size is fairly generous. Add the wasabi halfway through to reset the richness, then pour the warm broth over the last few bites for a different finish.

Cold buckwheat noodles at KRW 10,000 are the better choice if perilla oil feels heavy, with scallion, fried tofu, and seaweed garnish working neatly with the broth. The large fried tofu rice pieces have seasoned rice and minced burdock, and the limited cold suyuk is worth checking when someone wants meat beside the noodles. Black-soybean tea and the calm traditional-teahouse mood make it good for quiet lunches, dates, and buckwheat-noodle fans.
