Gaya Park valley-mood duck restaurant for family restorative meals, duck bulgogi, and grilled fresh duck
A long-running duck restaurant on Gayagongwon-ro, set by the watercourse inside Gaya Park and in business since 1986. The dedicated free parking lot is broad and easy to use, so driving is comfortable. Waiting is handled through the Catch Table terminal at the entrance, and indoor and outdoor seats may be queued separately.
The signature order is duck bulgogi at around KRW 45,000. The 800 g pan gets a generous handful of chives, and the spicy-sweet sauce mixes with duck fat as it cooks. It looks bold but does not push harsh heat, so many family tables can share it easily.
Fresh grilled duck is around KRW 42,000 and cooks with pumpkin, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Season it with salt at the table if you want the duck flavor cleaner than the sauced bulgogi. Duck baeksuk, lacquer-tree duck baeksuk, chicken baeksuk, and cold Hamheung naengmyeon give the table more routes when children or older guests want something calmer.
The side station lets you refresh lettuce and perilla leaves, and the wide seating plus fast service suit parents, large weekend family meals, and summer restorative dinners. Pure portion value may be stronger at a smaller neighborhood duck shop, but the stream, cold-water garden mood, and city-without-leaving-the-city feeling are the reason to come here.
