내호냉면
One of the roots of Busan milmyeon, with Hamgyeong-do style beef broth
A historic noodle house in Uam-dong and one of the places to visit if you want to understand where Busan milmyeon came from. The alley is tight, and the small parking space is narrow, so timing matters.
The cold milmyeon is thicker and chewier than typical naengmyeon, with beef-bone broth that reads calm and deep instead of sharp. Try it without rushing the seasoning first. The spicy version brings skate garnish and a brighter sweet-sour sauce.
Parking is part of the visit plan, but peak summer lunch can still make it tight.
