A healthier-leaning milmyeon shop in a residential pocket of Guseo-dong. It makes its own five-grain noodles and uses Korean beef-bone broth with herbs and vegetables, so the bowl feels lighter than a sharp summer-only milmyeon.
Cold milmyeon is clean and mild, while the spicy mixed noodles use fruit, vegetables, and pollack garnish. The handmade meat dumplings are large enough to matter. There is a private lot, but public parking near Guseo Station is often the easier plan.
