About

The shop is tucked inside the second floor above Cafe Denba, a short walk from Jeonpo Station Exit 8. There is no dedicated parking and even brief stopping is difficult, so a Jeonpo walking route is easiest.

Each salt bread weighs about 100 grams, with a crisp, butter-fried base and moist, chewy centre. The plain version is firmly buttery rather than restrained.

Pollack roe is the clearest first choice: generous roe sauce inside, mayonnaise-style sauce and seaweed on top, savoury and lightly spicy without becoming overly salty. Milk cream adds soft sweetness, while brûlée brings a hard caramel shell and custard. The filled variations show more character than the plain.

Roughly four mostly two-person tables, one drink per diner, and a two-hour limit make this better for takeaway than a long stay. A high chair is available. Chocolate and kaya can sell out in the afternoon, and the shop closes once the bread is gone.
