About

The bakery is about a five-minute walk from Dongnae Station, hidden behind a green awning and small wooden sign. There is no dedicated parking, so drivers need a nearby public lot. On weekends, register first at the entrance Catchtable kiosk before deciding what to do nearby.

Opening only Saturday through Monday concentrates the crowd around noon. One weekend account found 157 parties ahead and waited roughly 60 to 90 minutes; the queue moved steadily enough to fit in lunch or a short walk. Arrive near opening for the broadest choice and watch the call after registering.

Pollack-roe salt bread is the clearest signature. Roe dots the crisp, salty exterior, while a generous soft roe cream fills the middle. Basil-tomato ciabatta brings a chewy, plain dough together with assertive basil and tomato acidity; the s’mores chocolate cookie is dense and chewy, with dark chocolate and soft marshmallow.

Egg tarts, croissant sandwiches, mango-yogurt salt bread, financiers, soft oven baguettes, gorgonzola and triple-potato-cheese breads, butter rice cakes, and Dubai chewy cookies make the range unusually broad. Prices run above a neighbourhood bakery, and only about five seats keep the focus on takeaway. It works best as a Dongnae bread-tour stop rather than a long cafe stay.
