The signature nakgopsae combines octopus, beef intestine, and shrimp for KRW 12,000 per person. Staff stir and finish the pan; once the vegetables release their liquid and the sauce reduces, mix it into separately ordered rice with bean sprouts and chives. The sauce is savoury and lightly sweet rather than aggressively salty, with tender octopus and springy shrimp. Ask staff for seaweed flakes if wanted.

Glass noodles absorb the sauce particularly well. Diners sensitive to intestine aroma or doneness can ask for extra cooking time or choose naksae without intestine. Self-serve sujeonggwa gives the spicy meal a cool, aromatic finish.
