About

This salt-bread specialist faces Mipo Station and Mipo Port, close to Signiel Busan and LCT. It has no dedicated parking, so it fits better into a Haeundae beach and Mipo walking route than a driving stop. Lines can form soon after opening on weekends and during peak travel periods.

Salt bread is the only menu item and comes only as a four-piece KRW 12,000 set. The usual flow is to pay at the kiosk, join the pickup line with the receipt, and hand it over for the bread; staff may take orders directly at pickup if the kiosk is unavailable. The paper parcel tied with string suits a Busan travel gift or a shared snack at the hotel, and seats next door allow customers to eat immediately.

The shop advertises Canadian CW1 wheat, French AOP-certified butter, and French sun-dried sea salt. Fresh from the oven, the base is crisp like rice scorched in butter, while the inside tears into soft, chewy layers. Coarse grains of salt cut through the rich butter aroma, giving the single product a clean contrast between savoury and nutty flavours.

Published bake times are 09:00, 12:30, 14:00, 15:30, 17:00, and 18:30. Arrive shortly before one for the freshest texture; on weekends, the first batch is the safer target. Since every order contains four, it works better for sharing with friends, children’s snacks, or a travel gift than for sampling just one.
