Daeyeon-dong 24-hour pork-bone gukbap with seasoned chives and self-serve sikhye
A 24-hour pork soup restaurant on UN Pyeonghwa-ro in Daeyeon-dong, about 180 meters from Daeyeon Station Exit 5. There is no dedicated parking, but the storefront road has listed parking-enforcement grace periods from 11:00 to 14:00 and 22:00 to 07:00. Reservations, takeout, group use, and baby chairs are available.
The broth is made from pork bones rather than white soup powder, so the color can look a little darker than a standard milky bowl. It starts rich but clean, then becomes spicier and nuttier when you add seasoning paste, pepper, and perilla powder. The seasoned chives are especially good with the sliced pork.
The menu covers dwaeji gukbap, sundae gukbap, offal gukbap, boiled-pork set meal, special pork soup, suyuk, sundae hot pot, and tasting sundae. Noodles are available by request. The sundae bowl is generous, with chewy stuffed sundae and plenty of meat, while the fresh kimchi has a strong fermented seafood note that works well with the soup.
After renovation, the room feels wider and cleaner, with more than ten four-seat tables and a warm wood tone. The self-serve corner has kimchi, onion, chili, and sweet sikhye for the finish. Takeout comes with broth, pork, seasoned chives, green onion, salted shrimp, and seasoning paste, making it useful after a Busan trip or for reheating at home.
