A Nampo-dong milmyeon shop known for deep herbal broth and a KRW 5,000 boiled-pork side
A compact old-downtown milmyeon shop in the Nampo and Jungang-dong orbit, near Busan Modern History Museum and the older market streets. Jungang Station is the easiest subway anchor, and it also fits a Nampo, Gwangbok-dong, or Gukje Market walk.
The cold broth milmyeon is the main reason to come. The broth is deep, lightly herbal, and fuller than the sharp sweet-sour bowls many visitors meet first, so it works especially well when you want hangover-style cold noodles with real body.
The KRW 5,000 boiled-pork side is unusually easy to add. It is small enough for one or two people to share before the noodles, and it makes the meal feel more complete without turning lunch into a heavy meat order.
The room is old-school and compact, but turnover is quick. Lunch can bring a line even on weekdays, while off-peak evenings are easier; solo diners may be seated with others when the shop is full.
