Gyeongseongdae salmon table with sashimi, salmon jang, shrimp fritters, and udon hot pot

About

A second-floor salmon izakaya near Gyeongseongdae-Bugyeongdae Station Exit 1. It is an easy choice when salmon is the main event for a night out in the university-area bar streets, and you can call to ask about seating. Queues can form before dinner opening, especially on weekends, so earlier arrival is practical for groups.

The signature salmon set for two is KRW 50,900 and brings salmon sashimi, soy-marinated salmon, six shrimp fritters, and an udon hot pot. Use the sushi rice and onion garnish with the sashimi, then move to the slightly spicy salmon jang with peppers to reset the palate. For a lighter order, there is a KRW 24,900 salmon tasting plate and a 2-3 person salmon sashimi plate for KRW 62,900.

Despite the name, reviews often find the two-person set generous enough for three lighter eaters. The shrimp fritters are known for their crisp coating and plump shrimp, while the hot udon keeps the table warm and cuts through the richer salmon. Nagasaki champon, spicy seafood champon, and spicy fish-cake noodle soup are further soup-style drinking dishes.

The room mixes Japanese-style details with floor seating and regular tables. It fits salmon-focused dates, friends who want a proper dinner with drinks rather than a quick second stop, and Gyeongseongdae or Bugyeongdae gatherings. After taking photos, asking to have the large set decoration cleared can make the table easier to use.
