Chicken-broth ramen near Busan Station and Choryang Station
A small Japanese ramen shop in the lanes between Choryang Station and Busan Station. There are not many ramen choices in this area, so it suits an office lunch, a solo meal, or a quick bowl before or after using Busan Station. Dedicated parking is not confirmed, so walking in from Choryang or Busan Station is simpler.
The shop is compact, with an open kitchen, counter seats, and a few table seats. The core bowls are chicken-broth shoyu chintan and shio chintan ramen. Shoyu chintan has a soy-sauce base with a slight tsuyu-like sweetness and a gentle chicken aroma.
Shio chintan is the cleaner, more savory option, especially if you find the shoyu bowl a little sweet. Chicken breast, chashu, bamboo shoot, and soft egg make the bowl feel complete. The sous-vide chashu is tender, though the chicken-broth profile may feel unfamiliar if you expect porky ramen.
The small chashu rice bowl is useful when ramen alone feels light, with grilled-pork aroma and scallion. Pickled green chili and shichimi help reset the palate. Choose it for a Choryang office lunch or a quick bowl near Busan Station; it is not built for long group meals.
