Hongso Jokbal

홍소족발

Bupyeong jokbal-alley spot for warm chewy jokbal, spicy half plates, cold mustard jokbal, and siraegi soup

About

A Bupyeong jokbal-alley restaurant on Gwangbok-ro, about a five-minute walk from Jagalchi Station Exit 7. There is no shop parking or parking support, so a nearby public lot is the realistic driving plan.

The main order is warm jokbal, not a chilled plate. Herbal aromatics stay gentle, the skin is chewy, and the lean meat stays soft rather than dry. A small jokbal starts at KRW 35,000 and is often enough for two people when the table is not trying to over-order.

Half spicy jokbal lets the group eat regular jokbal and spicy fire-style jokbal together, while cold mustard jokbal brings thin pork, jellyfish, cucumber, vegetables, and mustard sauce for a brighter Busan-style bite. Makguksu is the natural partner, especially with the spicy half plate.

A bubbling siraegi soup comes with the table and cuts through the pork fat, which makes the restaurant work well for drinks. The first and second floors and group seats fit friends, family meals, dates, and second-round company dinners. It was mentioned on Welcome, First Time in Korea?, but the mood still feels like a traditional local jokbal alley.
