해운대밀면
A Haeundae local noodle stop with a distinctive broth and good mandu
A Haeundae Jung-dong milmyeon shop that fits neatly into a beach, hot-spring, or nearby hotel route. It has become known through food media, but it still feels like a local noodle room.
The broth is less generically sweet-sour than many Busan milmyeon bowls, so the first spoon can feel unusual before it settles in. The noodles are chewy, the spicy mixed version stays fairly restrained, and the thin-skinned mandu are worth ordering with the bowl.
Plan around nearby public or paid parking instead of expecting an easy private lot. Easy to add to plans already in the area, without turning it into a long separate outing.
The menu to know: milmyeon KRW 9,000 · dumplings KRW 6,000. Items and prices shift through the year, so read the board on the day.
