Fresh galbi is KRW 63,000 and marinated galbi KRW 59,000. Even the marinated ribs come thick, and staff grill them at the table so the beef fat and mild seasoning settle slowly.
The potato noodle add-on is essential here. Let it soak into the remaining rib sauce, then finish with the rib-bone doenjang stew and rice if you want the full old Haeundae flow.
