About
Haemok is an eel-rice and seafood-bowl restaurant on Gunam-ro 24beon-gil in Haeundae. It has no dedicated car park, so the practical approach is on foot from Haeundae Station or the beach. The restaurant uses on-site Tableling and app-based remote waiting.
The main orders are hitsumabushi at KRW 39,000, the larger premium hitsumabushi at KRW 58,000, kaisendon at KRW 37,000, and premium kaisendon at KRW 51,000. A kids eel-and-egg rice bowl costs KRW 11,000, making it easier to split the order for a family.
The eel is repeatedly grilled over charcoal with the house soy sauce. Eat it first with rice, then with the accompanying condiments, and finish part of the bowl with broth in the ochazuke style. Kaisendon gives anyone avoiding eel a separate seafood option.
Treat waiting as part of the visit. If Naver Reservation is open for the date, book first; otherwise join the Tableling queue and decide the menu before entering. The central location works well during a Haeundae trip, but driving is the least convenient option because the restaurant does not provide parking.
