해마끼 간장게장
Haeundae Pale de Cz soy-marinated crab carrying the old Masan Genakjjim lineage
A crab restaurant inside Pale de Cz Condo, next to Paradise Hotel in Haeundae. The long-running Masan Genakjjim moved here and now also uses the Haemakki Ganjang Gejang name, so old regulars should search for the new Pale de Cz location. Use the condo parking flow, then walk to Haeundae Beach after the meal.
The soy-marinated crab is plated one crab per person. The marinade is more savory than simply salty, good with hot rice, green chili, and seaweed. Mixing rice into the crab shell is the key finish.
For a solo or lighter meal, the soy crab-meat bibimbap and spicy crab-meat bibimbap are practical. The soy version comes with egg strips, carrot, onion, seaweed flakes, sprouts, and crab meat, while the spicy version leans sweet-spicy and appetite-opening. Crab and octopus jjim is closer to an agujjim-style seasoned dish and works well with jjolmyeon noodles.
The room is tidy and warm enough for parents, family meals, and hotel-area travelers. A 2026 Blue Ribbon sticker, celebrity photos, group space, and wine display give it more of a long-running destination feel. Match the Wednesday closure and afternoon break before going.
