Sukdeung Station milmyeon shop with clean broth, balanced broth-mixed noodles, and dumplings
A Deokcheon-dong milmyeon shop on Uiseong-ro 109beon-gil, about 128 meters from Sukdeung Station Exit 3. For driving, two or more diners receive 30 minutes of parking support at the neighboring Jeil Car Wash lot. Hot-weather lunch can bring a wait, but turnover is quick.
The menu stays simple: cold broth milmyeon, spicy mixed milmyeon, broth-mixed milmyeon, dumplings, and perilla kalguksu. Cold and spicy mixed bowls are KRW 8,000, the broth-mixed bowl is KRW 9,000, dumplings are KRW 6,000, and large size adds KRW 1,000.
The cold bowl comes neatly in a brass-toned bowl with chilled broth, pale noodles, pork garnish, seasoning, cucumber, and half an egg. The broth is clean, cold, and savory rather than harsh, and the noodles stay springy enough to make the bowl easy to finish on a hot day.
The broth-mixed noodles are the order to add when you want sweet-sour seasoning without giving up moisture. Dumplings have a full filling and make the table feel complete, especially when sharing cold broth and broth-mixed bowls. Warm broth and water are self-serve, and the name comes from the owner’s name rather than seaweed in the noodles.
