A long-running Gaya-style milmyeon shop in the middle of Gwangbok-ro. It is easy to add after shopping in Nampo or walking the old downtown.
The broth has the sweet herbal note people associate with the Gaya milmyeon family. Cold milmyeon comes with icy broth, chewy noodles, egg, and a light garnish. Dumplings are the natural side order, and fast turnover keeps the wait from feeling too heavy.
There is no dedicated parking, so public transit or a nearby paid lot is usually the better plan. Expect a wait in hot weather or peak lunch hours; noodle turnover is usually quick. Easy to add to plans already in the area, without turning it into a long separate outing.
