Gimhae Airport milmyeon shop for summer-only cold noodles, strong warm broth, and rear parking
A milmyeon shop on Gonghangap-gil near Gimhae Airport, useful for a work lunch, airport route, or quick summer meal by car. There are roughly five spaces in front and a dedicated parking area behind the shop. Lunch can bring a short wait, but noodle turnover is fast.
The name also mentions Miryang-style pork soup, but from May through September the practical plan is milmyeon only. Ordering is done by kiosk, with cold broth milmyeon, large cold broth milmyeon, spicy mixed noodles, extra noodles, and dumplings as the main choices.
The warm broth before the noodles is the first hook: peppery, deep, and much more satisfying than a simple hot water cup. The cold broth has a light herbal note, icy chill, and clean savory body, while the noodles stay springy with a little buckwheat in the mix.
Pork garnish is soft and moist, helped by the shop’s soup-house background. Almond and sesame garnish add nuttiness, and the crisp radish kimchi keeps the bowl bright. Add dumplings when cold noodles alone feel too light, especially for two people sharing a quick airport-area lunch.
