Gijang coastal-road ocean-view cafe known for mango thread-style snow bingsu
An ocean-view coffee and bingsu cafe on Gijanghaean-ro, directly along the Jukseong coastal drive. Parking is available in front of the shop, which makes it easy after Yeonhwa-ri, Daebyeon Port, or a seaside drive.
The room uses wide windows on both floors, with indoor seats, terrace seats, and an outdoor ocean-view terrace. The second-floor terrace gives the stronger sea view, while sunset hours suit the red-accented building and open coastline.
The reason to order is thread-style snow bingsu. The signature mango bingsu and half-and-half bingsu come with mango, melon, strawberry, blueberries, grapes, condensed milk, and red beans, and the mango-milk ice melts very softly.
The red-bean bingsu is also solid, with cereal, blueberries, red beans, roasted soybean powder, and rice cakes over fine milk ice. Bread, cakes, sandwiches, matcha gateau chocolat, vanilla latte, and coffee round out the menu. When the terrace fills, orders can take some time, so this is better as a slow view-and-dessert stop than a quick takeaway.
