Busan Yakkong Milmyeon Igidae Main Branch

부산약콩밀면 이기대본점

A cleaner Igidae-route milmyeon with black-soybean noodles and kelp vinegar

About

A tidy milmyeon shop inside the Igidae Park route in Yongho-dong. It is set in a renovated house instead of a big tourist restaurant, and parking is easier if you plan around the public lots near Igidaegongwon-ro.

The noodles use black soybean and perilla, giving them small dark specks and a nutty bite. The dried-pollack warm broth is worth sipping first, then the kelp vinegar brings the cold broth alive. The cold milmyeon and mandu set is the most useful lunch order.

Plan around nearby public or paid parking instead of expecting an easy private lot. Expect a wait in hot weather or peak lunch hours; noodle turnover is usually quick. Solo dining fits well for a fast noodle lunch. It also fits a casual family, date, or parents-and-kids meal when the seating matches your timing.
