Bupyeong-dong offal-alley grill with outdoor tables, stone-plate seasoning, udon add-on, and shaved ice finish
A yang gopchang restaurant in the Bupyeong-dong offal alley, close to Nampo-dong and Kkangtong Market. There is no dedicated parking; many visitors use the International Shopping Center road parking area when driving.
The menu is built around salt grill, stone-plate seasoned grill, and hot pot. Staff cook and cut the offal at the table, so the group can eat more comfortably. Salt grill gives you clean yeomtong, daechang, and yang first, with green salad, onion pickles, sesame oil dip, siraegi doenjang soup, salad, and soft tofu helping cut the richness.
The stronger order is the stone-plate seasoned grill. The spicy-sweet sauce reduces with offal fat, and adding udon turns the pan into a yakisoba-like finish. Fried rice is available for stone-plate and hot-pot orders, and steamed egg helps soften the heat.
Outdoor tables usually start around 17:00, so arrive near early dinner if the open-air street mood is the goal. Friday dinner can bring a short wait and weekends can be busier. Free old-style red-bean bingsu at the end makes it especially good for friends, company dinners, late Nampo drinks, groups, and outdoor seats with pets.
