Bugwang Dwaeji Gukbap

부광돼지국밥

A Jungang-dong toryeom bowl near Busan Station Exit 11, with tender pork and a light finish

About

A small old-style pork soup house in Jung-gu, about 200 meters from Busan Station Exit 11 and easy to fold into a Jungang-dong or original-downtown route. The break time matters, so it is better as a planned lunch than a random late-afternoon stop.

The broth is gentle and clean, and the pork is tender enough to keep the bowl from feeling plain. Ttaro gukbap or the boiled pork set meal is worth choosing when you want the rice and meat separated.

There is no dedicated parking, so it works better on foot or with a nearby public or paid parking lot. Solo dining fits well, especially for a quick lunch or hangover bowl. It is useful for breakfast, hangover soup, late hours, or a travel-day meal depending on the listed hours. Easy to add to a day already spent nearby, so the long course need not stand alone.
